The installation process of large generator and synchronous motor safety precautions which
(1) in the generator, motor pits, brake (brake) based embedded platform or scaffold,safety guard rails; and the turbine chamber to isolation protection measures;
(2) repair chisel concrete, should wear protective glasses. It is forbidden to weargloves grip handle;
(3) the machine pit around the fence, non staff are not allowed to enter and exit;
(4) the stator before lifting, check the lifting tool is reliable, the steel wire rope is intact;when in place, the turbine wo should temporarily cease operations, personnel evacuation;
(5) the stator in the machine pit adjustment, should be in the hole site erection safety net, operating personnel safety belt;
(6) the rotor not into the installation position, in addition to outside the conductor, noother personnel about the arbitrary on the rotor; when the lifting rotor near the flangemouth, should be sent for inspection, to prevent the collision, the inspectors shallhand into the combination between surface;
(7) electrical equipment for each test, site should be set up temporary fence, hangingsigns, and sent the warning.
